In mid-March, the Coronavirus hit the entire world society, forcing us to stop with our activities carried out until now and to change our daily habits. During this time, our volunteers have had to reinvent themselves in order to continue carrying out activities from home. In this way, we decided to teach online, with some of our skills, that we could transmit and contribute to people, to make this quarantine more bearable.
After a Skype meeting, we decided what each volunteer could contribute.
Clara took care of teaching painting and watercolor classes. With basic techniques to start painting.
Javi was in charge of giving Yoga classes online, through the Zoom platform. These classes were twice a week and lasted about 40 minutes and in them we performed basic and easy yoga poses, for all audiences.

Miguel offered us his musical knowledge, analyzing different Portuguese songs.
Sevda took care of the Turkish classes, at a basic and affordable level.
Inge helped us de-stress with relaxation techniques and conversation classes in Spanish.
To take advantage of the time, we also made videos on various topics such as body percussion, home instruments and cooking.
