Our start at Gorno Draglisthe!

On October 24, the volunteers of the Volunteering 4 Change project had their first meeting with some teachers from Neofit Rilski Primary School in Gorno Draglishte, with whom they were going to share the next few months. The teachers were very kind to us, showed us the facilities of the school, and they invited us to a sweet juice in a very pleasant place in town.

On our first day with the children we shared the afternoon with the first and second grade students, we made different games to break the ice and get to know each other, since there was a long course ahead. To end the afternoon, together we made these beautiful owls with cardboard and recycled paper, which the children really liked.

It was the first day with them, and we didn't know how they were going to behave, but we were surprised with their participation and enthusiasm.
