Learning English

From our first day in Eleshnitsa, several people were interested in learning English with our volunteers. In this first class, more than 20 people came to meet us and find out what we could offer them and what they would learn.

Our partners Elena and Miguel have been in charge of this activity, which they prepared every week with enthusiasm.

During these classes we have been learning vocabulary and basic concepts to use in daily life. such as numbers, days of the week, colors, verbs, among others...

As the days went by, the number of students decreased, which favored that the classes were more personalized and to be able to go deeper into the topics.

The results were very good and we learned a lot from each other, As communication was sometimes difficult for us, due to the language, we needed the collaboration of an assistant who spoke both English and Bulgarian well so that he could translate for us, and thus explain everything in the best way.

After each class they asked us for a yoga session, to relax after all we had learned.
