Grape picking in Sandanski

On September 13, 2019, volunteers from volunteering for change (V4C) together with volunteers from Community Open Of Learning (Cool) went to the Sandanski region to collaborate in the grape harvest season.

After several office days, this exceptional activity was very positive and enjoyable for all the volunteers. This day, we look forward to aspects such as fellowship, efficiency and teamwork. Picking grapes was a new experience for many of the volunteers, who were delighted.

In full nature, the sun and the outdoors helped the volunteers feel great. For breakfast we tried typical Bulgarian foods, such as banitsa, a very delicious puff pastry and cheese meal.

In a short time we finished the collection and as there was a lot of day ahead, we took the opportunity to visit the city of Sandanski.

In the afternoon, we returned to Razlog after a wonderful day.
