On the 13th of March, “International Initiatives for Cooperation” (IIC) organized a new cultural night for the community in Razlog this time was about a new country from the Middle East (JORDAN), the night held in restaurant “Razlojka maaza in the center of Razlog and everyone in Razlog were invited, our volunteers from Jordan with the help of their colleagues cooked a great delicious Arabic food. They prepared the famous traditional Jordanian Mansaf alongside with the tasty appetizers and sweets.
Maisam and Dima, volunteers of “Community of Open Learners’’ (COOL) project, funded by “Erasmus +” Programme from Jordan started the night by a presentation about their country, they shared their history, traditions and some facts about their country and region, they also have shared pictures and videos for the amazing sights of Jordan, and all the attendance were interacting and showed a big interest to know more about Jordan.
After dinner, great
desserts were served and of course we can’t end the night without trying the Jordanian way of partying, we danced the traditional Jordanian dance and enjoyed the Arabic music the whole night.
